This video has been around for awhile. There's an American TV show called "America's Funniest Home Videos" which is actually a contest. People send in videos. Each week the 3 best are selected and the audience picks a winner. The winners progress to semifinals and finals rounds. The season's winner gets a big cash prize. This video was on AFHV maybe 6-7 years ago, which is where I first saw it. It won a decent cash prize - maybe the big prize? - and the mom was in tears (of happiness) because they could afford to expand their home to have room for all those kids!
