Strange

This is strange shit.

I visited several blogs tonight and almost everyone that was written by a female, was about their period. We're talking serious shit here. Do all women have their periods at the same time, all over the world? Yes, my wife has it too.

I know, for a fact, that most women who live closely together, and given some time, will eventually syncronize their periods with each other.

But... on the internet?

But.. It is maybe f-moon (fullmåne) perhaps? This is prooven you see.. If a woman don't use any birthcontrol they often get their period around that time. Way back in time the womens used the moon cycel to avoid getting pregnat.

Ha ha! You're telling the wrong guy about things like this. :)

Remember, I'm interested in archeology, history and women... ;o)

The Swedish word for the period is taken from the Latin word for "monthly", which in turn gave the Swedish word for "month", which in turn gave name to the moon in Swedish.

The only month that actually has the same amount of days that it takes for the moon to revolve around the earth is February.

Now, was there anything else you'd like to tell me? ;0)

(Yes, I am a besserwisser. That's why everybody loves me.)

Well, sometimes it does seem like some of us have our periods symchronized! A few of my friends often seem to have theirs around the same time as me, so it a great opportunity for us to commiserate together! lol

I've never heard about the full moon connection, though, but it makes sense.

Very interesting.
